A Web Portal to Support the Rent of Properties Objective is a computer-based system that helps property owners, property agents and rental to support the rent the properties, the system concentrates on three modules: rental, property owners and agent. This project also discusses the major issues of electronic payment security The research will also discusses the system analysis and design with the system requirement and implementation phase. The system that had been developed provides the rental with a means to consolidate the ecommerce strategies. It enables all ecommerce transactions to be easily routed through a single secure shared service. The system is expected to reduce time and cost for who want to rent the items. TePM is developed using ASP.NET 3.5 running on .NET framework. The database used is SQL Server 2005. The system consists of three main modules namely e-commerce module, online payment and security module.
