The AAA Queen of Queens Championship is a singles professional wrestling females championship promoted by Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA). The Championship has been in existence since 1999 and is the only females only championship currently in AAA, though it is currently held by a man. Being a professional wrestling championship, it is not won legitimately; it is instead won via a scripted ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a storyline. Until 2009 The Queen of Queens title was both a championship in the traditional sense that it is defended regularly, but also an annual tournament where a new Queen of Queens was crowned. Each year the title was vacated going into the tournament. In 2009 the Queen of Queens tournament was dropped and the belt has become a regular championship belt for the Women's division.
