This book is written with great concern for those people that want to get into real estate and do not know how or where to start. As a realtor with years of experience, I have compiled a wealth of knowledge to help buyers and sellers alike. I have worked as a vocational Instructor teaching young people carpentry and cabinet, so they can get and keep a job. I have also a real estate broker and instructor, I have helped many potential buyers became happy homeowners. In this book you are motivated to be what you wanted to be! I have shared my experience how I started as an investor. As a mortgage broker, I have explained the use of credit card and the best way of utilizing them so as to not slave for your card each month. I took in account sellers that want to market their properties, and are in need of help. The mind is a powerful thing and should not be waisted. My philosophy is, teach a person to fish and feed him for life instead of feeding him for the day. The writer has explained to the buyer how he or she can calculate their monthly mortgage payment. There you will see the parties that are involve in the real estate buying and selling process, even what happen at the closing when buyer takes position of the property.
