Shona is a Dance Teacher and Mum of 3 children Abigail, Toby and Jude. Shona published her first book, Abigail Bear - The Lockdown, in November 2020 and has since carried out lots of work within schools reading to the children and discussing their feelings and experiences around Lockdown and the impact of missing family/friends and adjusting to their new normal.Shona is passionate about encouraging and nurturing young people to their full potential, while promoting and ensuring good mental health. she believes that everyone should be allowed to grow and develop in their own time.
