Victoria Harwood is a painter, sculptor, and an illustrator of books for children and youngsters (such as W712, Dragon Island and Dream World) who lives in England. She has started a project of enhancing young children's education through the medium of fantasy novels. "Isle called Ploof" is the first of this series.
