The times and challenges may be different however the research suggests that the underlying principles of utilizing values analysis as the foundation for effective change continues to be a valid approach.

Dr. Hutchinson, a graduate of Morehouse College,, has a Masters Degree in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Education from Virginia Tech. Dr. Hutchinson has worked for many years with a wide range of organizations in the United States. In 1993, he founded QCI Behavioral Health, a group of Maryland-licensed mental health clinics.
