William H. McIntyre grew up in Montana, graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor's degree, and worked as a property loss control consultant in the industrial fire insurance industry. After eight years of marriage, he and his wife, Donna, received Jesus Christ as their savior and Lord and raised their four children in a Christian environment. McIntyre served as an elder on the board of a large, Full-Gospel church for twenty-eight years.
