Silverio Perez is a writer, motivational speaker, singer, musician, composer, chemical engineer, and father of five children. From 1971 to present he has been a television and radio icon in Puerto Rico because he created many successful programs in both mediums. He has been the leading librettist for the Gamma Rays, a legendary comedy troupe specializing in political satire that for 30 consecutive years has been active in theaters and on television.
