The purpose of the present study is to investigate the dimension of abusive management in the formation of working relations between superiors and subordinates during the period of economic recession in primary education.Does the behavior of school principals have an impact on the development of relationships with subordinates? Does the majority of managers seem to understand the "unwritten rules" of effective operation of the workplace? Do they rely on the regulatory framework, by not making arbitrary decisions to the detriment of subordinates, while their behavior does not strengthen the development of relationships with them, but it is obvious that such behaviors are rather avoided to a large extent? All these were formulated in a research question and three hypotheses. Three factors were separated and a factor analysis of each factor was performed, a cluster analysis and also a logarithmic regression.
