The aim of this research work was to identify the factors that influence the academic dropout of students in the 4th year of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at the National University of Misiones, year 2019.The variable under study were the factors that influence academic dropout, while its dimensions were established in personal, academic and work factors, for which a qualitative-quantitative study was used, with a descriptive approach and cross-sectional cut. The population consisted of all the students who dropped out of the career in the first quarter of 2019, totaling 137 people, of which 35 students were taken as a sample, using simple random probability sampling. The data collection instrument was a self-administered survey of 11 questions in which a concrete situation was defined and the students had to identify the option that most closely matched their reality, expressing details of the same.
