The result indicates that academic freedom is essential for both faculty members and students to conduct academic activities. Furthermore, the result shows that political instability is the major threat for academic freedom of faculty members and students. The study also reveals that the Faculty of Education has not paid significant attention to safeguard academic freedom of its members.
