Marmar Mukhopadhyay is Chairman of Educational Technology and Management Academy, Gurgaon, India. He represents a unique blend of experience in educational management as a researcher, trainer, institution builder, and author spread over more than four decades. He completed twenty research and consultancy assignments commissioned by agencies like UNESCO, UNICEF, World Bank, USAID, British Council, COL, etc. Marmar has trained a few thousand Heads of academic institutions from India and more than fifty other countries. He has served in academic leadership positions (as a Head) in two major Indian national institutions, and in international organizations like ICDE and IMAGE. Three of his notable publications include Total Quality Management in Education, Quality Management in Higher Education and Leadership for Institution Building in Education.
