Satisfying the requirements of library users is the primary aim of College libraries as well as of College librarians. It is found from the study that Government College libraries of West Bengal had suffered from acute shortage of all type of library resources in their libraries for building up the future career of students. As far as infrastructural facility is concerned, library users were dissatisfied in modern infrastructural facilities. They were dissatisfied in most of library collection, like, collection of text books of international publication, reference books, etc. They were satisfied in few of library staff's attitude, but were dissatisfied on user-friendly & tech-friendly attitude of them. Users' satisfaction level varied significantly in Government College libraries in all four parameters, viz., library services, library collections, library staff's attitude and library infrastructure. It is also found that difference in users' satisfaction was highly influenced by location factor. The study recommends some suggestions, like, increasing modern library facilities; increasing collection of text books of international publication, etc.
