Feedback on writing is crucial to the development of undergraduate students academic literacy. However, this positive effect on learning is possible only if students actively engage with the feedback. This raises the question: Could students' engagement with feedback be influenced by the feedback method? This book details an Australian research project that investigates whether the use of screen-capture video enhances students uptake of feedback in comparison to written feedback.
