The aim is to explore Academic Resilience in relation to Self Efficacy, Locus of Control and Peer Pressure along with gender differences of all the variables under study. The hardships, obstacles, challenges and pressure may weaken the academic accomplishments. But, despite barriers and complications, there are individuals who manage to adjust with difficulties and attain success. The results of the study revealed a positive and significant relationship between Academic Resilience and Self Efficacy as well as between Academic Resilience and Internal Locus of Control. A significant negative relationship was found between Academic Resilience and Peer Pressure. Furthermore, the study stipulates the demand for paying attention towards those underlying factors which contribute towards promoting Academic Resilience among Adolescents required to overcome the setbacks.
