My name is Stephen Rayfield and I am a marketing strategy mentor, college and university instructor, marketing trainer, and authour. I earned my reputation as a thoughtful, knowledgeable speaker and a riveting story teller in the world of marketing. I earned this reputation in front of 4,758+ people who have had their careers and businesses changed with my dynamic and useable marketing presentations.

I am the Founder and President of ESIL. I started the company in since 1990. For 23+ years I taught for the American Management Association in Canada, the United States and Europe. Many of the marketing seminars I led, I developed. My product management experience of 39+ years spans General Mills Canada, Ralston Purina Canada and Hiram Walker plus a variety of real-life products where he gained extensive hands-on experience. Products I have marketed include Nature Valley Granola bars, Cheerios Cereal, Dog Chow dog food, Canadian Club whiskey, Astronics DME LLC LED Safety flashlight for aviation, Asbury Carbon Graphite and others.

My mentoring involves Fortune 100 corporations, family businesses, and not-for-profit services supporting existing products and developing new products. As first marketing book notes, I believe passionately in the enormous power of marketing planning and strategy to increase revenues, volumes and profits.
