The scope and this research aim to investigate the acceptance of online banking by Malaysian youth. A simple random sampling technique with 171 respondents aged between 15 and 39 years was used in this survey. Data collected were analysed using SPSS and Microsoft Excel. Based on their experience of using online banking services, it is hoped that the results may indicate the factors that contribute to encouraging Malaysians' youth to accept fund-raising activities to be implemented through online banking. Youth customers' acceptance of fund-raising via online banking is dependent on the quality of internet connection and information provided. Other factors, such as ease of use and security and privacy, were not significant in influencing the acceptance of online banking services. The identified criteria have to be improved to increase acceptance and attract more potential customers or new users from the youth category towards online banking.
