The book is divided into 5 parts, where the author provides her perspectives on the application of the 3rd objective of the Convention on Biological Diversity and Nagoya Protocol in India. The international status of its Implementation has also been included in the Book. The book mainly focuses on the legal implementation of the Indian Biodiversity Laws in regulating the access to Genetic resources and assuring fair and equitable benefit sharing. The Idea is to find out the implementation pitfalls through the lens of the different stakeholders like Providers of the Genetic resources, users of the Genetic resources, and National authorities.
