This research work is aimed at identifying the level of access and permanence to higher education of students with disabilities, determine what are the rights that protects and protects them, as well as to know the affirmative actions that have been proposed by the institution in favor of eradicating the inequality of persons with disabilities in the space and enjoyment of their right to education, thus ensuring a constitutional principle such as the participation and inclusion of persons with disabilities to education. Therefore, we seek to analyze the degree of access and permanence through the application of research methods such as the interview and the survey, thus obtaining quantitative and qualitative information, through the continuous approach with students with disabilities in order to determine those socio-demographic factors, the accessibility conditions of the institution, the lag, failure and absenteeism that affect the permanence of students with disabilities by the above mentioned thresholds.
