Land value is depended on several criteria or facilities surrounded or related with it. General criteria affected the land value are location, types of house, other services facilities, floor space, the environmental condition and the level of utility. There are other several criteria that affect the land value; Accessibility to city center and other services facilities is one of them. Land value is depends on various types of urban facilities. The more accessible area for various facilities land value found very much high than non accessible facilitated areas. So there need a model of land value so that any individual people or various public and private organizations can buy the land securely as the model shows appropriate land value on a particular site.

I was born in Khulna district, Bangladesh. I have completed BURP from Khulna University & MDS from East West University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I worked as Urban Planner at Gani Bangla Ltd under the Project of Detailed Area Plan (DAP) for Dhaka Metropolitan Development Plan (DMDP) of RAJUK, Bangladesh and now working as Program Officer, World Vision.
