The present study aims to develop and make available accessibility techniques for the website of the Dean of Undergraduate Studies of UNIFESP, especially information referring to the vestibular site of that institution. This demand is necessary considering the inclusion of people with visual impairment and in attention to the decree 5.296 of December 2, 2004, which establishes that every portal and public electronic site must be accessible to all people with disabilities. Furthermore, art.5, §3 of the Federal Constitution guarantees the same rights to all citizens. On the other hand, it should be noted that Brazil is part of the UN and of the International Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities, so this study created subsidies and implemented techniques in order to provide accessibility in the portals of the institution. To do so, the accessibility guidelines for web content from the World Wide Web Consortium were used: the federal government's standard portal for accessibility, the Joomla® Content Manager (approved for use in institutional portals of the federal government) and the government's web accessibility primers in conjunction with the aforementioned consortium.
