The research regards identifying peoples' opinions and level of satisfaction, comments, suggestions, feedbacks, and criticism about the e-government application in Sierra Leone. Along similar lines, interviews were conducted constituting the primary research from various government officials as well as the users of some e-government utilities in Sierra Leone. Secondary research was also conducted aimed at identifying various trends and variables that are associated with e-government projects in other venues around the world. Finally, based on the primary and secondary research conducted, analyses are made, and conclusions are drawn with recommendations put forth.
