Eyob Asfaw is a part time lecturur and assistant director of student services at Addis Ababa University.This book is developed from his MA thesis work . He was graduated in Master of Arts in Federal studies in July, 2012.In 2008,he was also graduated in BA degree in Sociology from the same university.
