Dr Paul Michael Mugassa is a qualified and experienced hotelier particularly knowledgeable about hotel management and control systems allied to food, beverage, restaurant, club and accommodation operations. In 2011 he became a full time Lecturer at Stefano Moshi Memorial University College (Smmuco) Moshi, Tanzania.
