The proposed method provides much improved accuracy of rotation invariant moments which provide very accurate reconstructed images, numerical stability and invariance.

Rahul Upneja received post graduate degree in Mathematics in 2007 from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University, Patiala, India. Currently, he is Assistant Professor in Department of Mathematics, SGGSWU. He has already published 10 research papers in international journals.
