Stuart William Jacoby was in Rochester, New York on August 2, 1948. He has a passion for reading and writing about United States Naval History. He is retired after working twenty-five years in business and in the library of a prestigious law firm in Rochester. He lives in sunny Delray Beach, Florida. He has taken two writing workshops one at Florida Atlantic University and the other at the Old School Square. He graduated in 1972 from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science degree in liberal arts with a focus in History. He has had a lifelong fascination in United States Naval History ever since he read Samuel Eliot Morison's: HISTORY OF UNITED STATES NAVAL OPERATIONS IN WORLD WAR TWO.
