This SIXTH volume in the series "A Citizen's Disclosure on UFOs and ETI" is Terry Tibando's ongoing contribution to the UFO/ETI literature. His 68 years as an experiencer, researcher, and investigator in Ufology and Extraterrestrial contact makes him uniquely qualified on this subject with a fresh new worldview perspective. Terry attended the University of Victoria majoring in astronomy, the sciences, math and physics, in 1969 - 1972. During that time, he attended UFO lectures and networking with other well-known Ufologists like Dr Edward Edwards, a linguist from Victoria University and Daniel Fry from New Mexico, a well-known UFO contactee.
