The use of her long name is to honour her grandmother who diligently registered it soon after her birth. She studied interior architecture and had her business for several years. She loves all forms of art, photography, classical music, oriental painting, calligraphy, sandstone sculpture. She loves nature, skiing and long walks. An advocate for the environment and animal rights. Fabiola has studied self-help philosophies during a long period of time. The challenge was to find modalities which resonated with her. She discovered simple steps to follow, which alleviate anxiety and stress. Her intention is, through a story to demonstrate in simple words the different methods available to recover emotional wellbeing.
