In this context, a process and eclectic-driven research is accomplished with the ultimate goal of interlacing pedagogical prospects and language laboratory to teach communication skills effectively by realizing the role of machine as a tool. The study focuses on teaching listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, nonverbal communication and speech receptive behavior using multimedia and language laboratory.The findings emerged from the teaching learning process in computer-supported class are critically examined. The present work strives to bridge the gap between conventional and modern methods of language teaching and learning. This study is especially useful to thelanguage planners, language researchers, language teachers and ICT experts specializing in language teaching who strive for language development and computational methods for the effective communication.
