Patricia Ofodu Ngozi est originaire d'Akama- Oghe dans l'AGL d'Ezeagu, dans l'État d'Enugu. Elle a commencé sa scolarité à la Central School Owelli, Awgu LGA, a poursuivi à la Nenwe Girls', puis est allée à la Izzi High School pour passer son WAEC. Elle a suivi les cours de l'ABU, de Zaria et de l'UNN pour obtenir respectivement son premier et son deuxième diplôme, avec une spécialisation dans les services d'information. Elle est bibliothécaire à NOUN.
