These nine stories take you from a glamorous lifestyle in New York City to a simple cottage in a small New England town. You'll meet art aficionado Sonia Langhorne and her husband, Logan, radically changed just before the birth of their son, Will. Both Will and his sixteen-year-old son, Charlie, narrate life-altering stories, as does Clare, the perceptive wife of beloved handyman, Riley. Also populating these stores are such diverse figures as Babe Ruth, Paul Cezanne, J.D. Salinger, Sir Francis Drake, Forrest Gump, and a stained-glass window that comes to life in an astonishing way.
