Due to their multifunctional potential, many studies have focused on selecting actinobacterial strains in Algeria. These microorganisms that can act as plant growth promoters, microbial biocontrol agents, as well as factories for many interesting secondary metabolites including, antioxidant, anticancer, antimicrobial compounds, and enzymes ... etc. are of particular interest. Efforts should be directed to explore further the results currently available on the actinobacterial strains of the laboratories collections and increasing knowledge of their most valuable actinobacterial strains to unrevealed other interesting capacities, as well as the search for other actinobacterial strains from the different Algerian ecosystems as many can be novel. Researchers must join effort and expertise in studying actinobacteria as much is still not yet discovered and many strains have potential applications in different fields, including medicine, industry, and agriculture.
