Action is a murder mystery leavened with humor. The central character, Rocky Stonebrook, is an ex-con, private detective, who writes poetry on the side and who tries to model himself after the TV character, Jim Rockford. Autorenporträt
Garibaldi Sabio has published two other novels, 2358 (a mixed genre of sci-fi and courtroom scenes), and Action (a murder mystery for which Behind the Curtain is a sequel, and features the same central character). The author lives in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he is a member of the Jackson Hole Writers Group, Teton Back Country Horsemen, Citizens Mounted Patrol, and the Jackson Hole Historical Society, for which he is walking tour guide. In previous vocational incarnations, he was an attorney, mediator, trainer, planner, magazine columnist, and the editor-in-chief of a neighborhood newspaper.
