He is also an associate professor at University College, London. Jon Hill is a corporate trainer and executive coach, and is the founder of Blueprint Coaching and Training. He helps develop leaders and employees who are healthy, resilient and psychologically flexible. Eric Morris is a clinical psychologist and academic at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Eric has extensive experience in providing contextual cognitive behavioural therapies (including ACT) to individuals and groups, along with training and supervising therapists.
