This book develops and tests a new theoretical framework for the study of the nervous systems. Juan Pablo Oliver is a graduate of the General San Martin National University. He is a specialist in biomedical engineering and a researcher of new biomedical technologies. He has worked in several health centers in Argentina and Latin America.
