John Rodwell is a learning and management consultant at HM Revenue and Customs. He has 20 years experience in learning and development design, delivery, evaluation and consultancy. Most recently, John has been employed with HM Customs and Excise (now HMRC) with a secondment to the Cabinet Office as Learning and Development Consultant.
