Nació en 1951 en Kamchatka. Después de la escuela, se formó como fresador. Pero no era una carrera viable y cuatro años después se licenció en Magisterio de Historia. Durante más de 30 años he enseñado en las escuelas, en los años de la perestroika empecé a trabajar en la disertación sobre la humanización de la educación y en 2002 recibí el título científico de Candidato de Ciencias Pedagógicas. Tengo casi 50 obras.
