Hurliman Utemuratova  wurde 1965 im Bezirk Kegeyli in der Republik Karakalpakstan geboren. 1987 schloss sie ihr Studium an der Staatlichen Universität Nukus, Fakultät für Philologie, ab. Kandidatin der philologischen Wissenschaften, außerordentliche Professorin.Polat Oteniyazov wurde 1985 in Nukus in der Republik Karakalpakstan geboren. Doktor der philologischen Wissenschaften (PhD), außerordentlicher Professor.
