Adam Musia (born December 18, 1948 in Wieliczka) is a retired Polish football player and later a football manager. He played for clubs such as Wis a Kraków, Arka Gdynia, Hereford United (England) and Eagles Yonkers New York (USA). He played for Polish national team, for which he played 34 matches. He was a participant at the 1974 FIFA World Cup, where Poland won the third place. Within the sport of association football, a defender is an outfield player whose primary role is to prevent the opposition from attacking. There are four types of defender: centre back, sweeper, full back, and wing back. The centre back and the full back positions are essential in most modern formations. The sweeper and wing back roles are more specialized for certain formations. Józef Wandzik (born August 13, 1963) is a former Polish association football player, in the goalkeeper position. He was born in Tarnowskie Góry. He started his international career in the Polish under-18 team with which he reached the finals of the 1981 World Cup.
