As the complexity and features of e-learning tools increase, there is an inherent need for systems to interoperate and share data and the accumulated knowledge about learners. The interoperation and data sharing abilities will eventually lead to the creation of more innovative and knowledgeable applications. The primary aim of this research study is to explore alternative adaptation methods in e-testing tools, where the goals and the previous knowledge of learners will be considered during the adaptation process. Efficient ways for increasing data re-usability and the interoperability among e-learning applications, by using e-learning standards, is another purpose of the current work.
