The results allow us to affirm that there is an inverse relationship between the addiction to new technologies and the healthy lifestyle presented by the students, this means that the inadequate use of new technologies, internet, mobile phones and video games, is related to the inadequate development of healthy lifestyles in stress management, nutrition, interpersonal relationships, exercise and self-actualization.
