Today, professional production facilities can be monitored and controlled using various tools. These possibilities have existed since the spread of industrial computers and are constantly growing with the increase in computing and storage power. But when is the manufacturing process optimised and what else can entrepreneurs do to position themselves better on the market? In this thesis, I would like to analyse the machine availability of some bottleneck machines and identify the weak points using the lean methods I learnt in my lean operations studies.
