An eye-opening study regarding the impact of physical exercise on adolescent aggression of secondary school learners. The international literature has found that adolescent aggression is a matter of great concern in schools. It results to many problems that are detrimental to effective teaching and learning. There are a plethora of strategies to deal with adolescent aggression that are mentioned in literature such as cognitive behavior modifications, anger control programs, problem solving skills training, parent management training, good behavior game, and teaching pyramid model.
