Esmeralda Fox is the founder and an author and wellness coach at Esmeralda Fox Inc. She graduated from New York University with a bachelor's degree in finance and became certified as a Raw Vegan Chef at 1 05 Degrees Culinary Acade-my. Esmeralda was also the founder and director of Books and Rattles, Inc. She lives with her husband and two daughters in New York.
