L'auteur est un ingénieur informatique expérimenté depuis 1989, avec une solide expérience du développement d'infrastructures informatiques et de l'allocation de ressources aux projets. Après avoir travaillé en tant qu'ingénieur diplômé auprès d'un directeur général, il est passé en 2011 à un poste de professeur d'université, obtenant également un diplôme de MBA. Il enseigne l'informatique appliquée et conseille les nouveaux arrivants sur le marché du Zimbabwe.
