Docente di diritto pubblico. Ha conseguito un master in diritto pubblico e un diploma dell'Accademia internazionale di diritto costituzionale. L'autore è attualmente studente presso l'ENA di Tunisi. Ha partecipato a diverse pubblicazioni sulla giustizia di transizione e sul settore della sicurezza.
