This paper sought to link the ways of thinking of leading management professionals on the phenomenon of the guild corporate organizational culture, not from the perspective of an academic theorist, but from the practical view of its importance for the implementation of the strategy and its effects on the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of the profession in the new post-pandemic contexts covid-19. All agree in recognizing the guild's corporate organizational culture as relevant to strategy, but there is not total agreement as to the possibility of managing culture, reorienting it or transforming it for a guild's profession. Thinking about cultural change combines rational and logical aspects with creative and emotional visions; objective descriptive approaches with subjective evaluative assessments and interpretations. As a simplifying approach to the diversity of opinions, to highlight the orientation and special attention of some perspectives with respect to others.
