All agree in recognizing the guild's corporate organizational culture as relevant to strategy, but there is not total agreement as to the possibility of managing culture, reorienting it or transforming it for a guild's profession. Thinking about cultural change combines rational and logical aspects with creative and emotional visions; objective descriptive approaches with subjective evaluative assessments and interpretations.
