Analyze has been the object of this research regarding the administrative employment contracts that have a relationship in the social benefits in the workers of the Regional Government of Ucayali - 2019, it was analyzed to what extent the absence of a labor link through temporary administrative contracts affects the social security of administrative workers and labor precariousness was identified through contracts without link in the compensation for time of services, The methodology was quantitative approach, descriptive correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional, non-experimental, the results indicate according to the analysis made to the administrative work contracts that have a significant relationship in the social benefits of workers; therefore it is concluded that the administrative work contracts have a significant relationship in the social benefits in the workers of the Regional Government.
