Entrepreneurial ventures in the Central sector of the DM Quito show weaknesses at the time of planning, which leads to a high risk of bankruptcy. Therefore, this administrative management model was developed, which seeks to undertake from knowledge and is supported by significant concepts such as target market, value proposition, innovation, entrepreneurial team and financing. The proposal was based mainly on sources such as institutions that promote entrepreneurship in the city of Quito as well as on administrative theorists with the purpose that the entrepreneur acquires confidence in his abilities through this tool and manages to create innovative products and services that last in the long term, consequently being able to improve the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in this sector.
