Therefore, effective administration allows to achieve many objectives. In relation to labor conflicts, these arise from different perspectives when discrepancies cannot be solved. Therefore, it is important to recognize the types of problems that may generate a conflict in order to prevent and avoid repercussions on the performance and well-being of its members. For this reason, companies have begun to use alternative processes of conflict resolution, especially mediation, to process conflicts and prosper labor ties. Finally, a positive work environment generates identification, greater commitment and loyalty in organizations or companies, generating processes of improvement, promotions and improvement in the conduct of employees, hence the importance of study.From all of the above was born the need to know how management and the work environment had an impact on labor conflicts.
